Do residents sign a lease?
No. Residents do not sign a lease. All residents sign a House Rules Agreement, which outlines expectations, privacy practices, utilities cap, and the structure of the shared‑living home.
Are visitors allowed?
No. Visitors are not allowed at any time to maintain safety, privacy, and consistency.
Are pets allowed?
No. For the comfort, safety, and consistency of all residents, pets are not allowed in the home or on the property.
What type of housing do you offer?
Clean, structured shared‑living homes with shared bedrooms, shared spaces, and adult‑centered expectations

Who can live in Ruby’s Heart Home?
Adults who value independence, dignity, and community — including seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities who live independently, and individuals reentering society.
Do you provide supervision or support services?
No. Ruby’s Heart Home does not provide supervision, personal care, or support services. Residents live independently.
Do you help residents find community resources?
Yes. We provide information about local resources such as food banks, clothing closets, transportation options, and community programs.
Is transportation provided?
No. Residents are responsible for their own transportation.
