House guidelines

To maintain a peaceful, respectful, and stable environment for all residents, Ruby’s Heart Home follows these guidelines:

• Independent living — Residents manage their own daily needs and may privately voice concerns.

• No visitors — For safety and consistency, visitors are not permitted at any time.

• Quiet hours — 10 PM to 6 AM to support rest and recovery.

• Curfew: 1:00 AM on unscheduled days — Residents returning from a scheduled shift may enter at any time; please enter quietly.

• No pets allowed — Ensures cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all residents.

• Respectful communication — A calm, considerate tone is expected at all times.

• Zero‑tolerance safety policy — No violence, threats, or harassment.

• Substance & weapon restrictions — Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• Shared cleanliness — Residents help maintain clean shared spaces and tidy personal areas.

• Shoes‑off policy — Remove shoes at the door; soft‑bottom slides or slippers allowed.

• Program compliance — Residents must follow all agreements outlined in the Move‑In Packet.
